Flexible Working Hours & Hours To Suit Your Needs

Engleburn has over 100 staff members and has hours to suit everyone. Engleburn offers 24 hour care with various positions throughout the day/evening and night, 7 days a week. Engleburn is able to offer full time or part time positions or simply evenings and weekends, and bank roles for those who wish to choose their hours on a weekly basis.  

Employee Of The Month Bonus Scheme

Engleburn runs an employee of the month bonus scheme, where each month you will need to complete a simple form telling us what you have achieved that month and you may possibly be rewarded with £100 cash!! and a whole host of goodies!!

Competitive Rates Of Pay

Engleburn has competitive rates of pay whether you are new to care or have worked in care for many years. Each rate of pay is discussed on interview and will reflect your knowledge and experience in the job role, however we do not penalise those new to care roles and offer great incentives to learn new skills.

Free In-House (on site) Training Programme

Engleburn offers a free weekly training programme which covers all aspects of your job role, this enables staff to learn new techniques or simple update and refresh.

Free In-House (on site) Senior Training Programme

Engleburn offers a free training programme for those wishing to increase their knowledge and expertise and move up the ladder to a higher role. This training is run each week with the last week in the month off and runs for the duration of 9 months.

Holiday Pay

All staff at Engleburn accrue holiday entitlement during their employment. (agency staff are not regarded as employees therefore are not entitled to holiday pay) 

Pension Scheme

Engleburn enrols all staff who are eligible onto our workplace pension scheme, staff are able to opt out of this scheme. Engleburn has chosen OPT pensions as the pension scheme provider. 

Company Sick Pay

Engleburn recognises that there are occasions when sickness occurs and tries to support employees wherever possible. Employees are entitled to statutory sick pay which is payable up to 28 weeks.
